In 1997 the Company was privatized to offer its experience and knowledge to any company, which needs protection for its activity in the medium with constant changes.

The main turn in the rendered services happened in 2004. New companies intended for assistance to our Clients in development mainly by rendering the strategic consultations, trade representations in the CIS as well as rendering service for implementation of the Russian companies abroad  are formed.

In 2005 the Company started another kind of activity such as construction of aerodromes for helicopters or document archiving. The purpose is to master the new spheres of activity and response to increasing demands.

2007 is commemorated for the tenth anniversary and starting the third group of activity together with mass media aimed for PR, IR and GR activities; and again to suggest a wider and fuller range of solutions for our Clients.
